We use Flexigrant® software and follow the Government Functional Standard to manage grants. The Grants Functional Standard promotes efficiency and effectiveness in grant making across all government departments and arm’s length bodies.
- All applications for grant funding must be submitted using our online grants management system. Please Register using the button on the top right of this screen. Once registered you can use the Login button.
- Please use your business email and official organisation name to register, for example, The British Tourist Authority trades as VisitBritain and VisitEngland, so British Tourist Authority would be used to register.
- You can edit the application and then choose to submit any time up to the specified closing date. You must ensure to submit before the deadline!
- For the Business Events Growth Programme you must submit for assessment as soon as you are able while the fund is open.
Joint applications
For grants that require partnerships or support, the lead applicant will invite your organisation to have access to their application.
Before you can add details on behalf of an application you are supporting, please register for a user account.
Information you will need to submit the application
You can complete different sections of the application form and return to it as needed, but these items will be required before you can submit the application:
- The legally registered name and address of your organisation
- The Companies House or registered VAT number for UK businesses
- Company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number
